Chinese Chicken Noodles Recipe
A delicious dish made of noodles, chicken and soy sauce. Chinese chicken pasta at its best. You could use pork or tofu instead of chicken. Add some honey for a sweeter recipe.

- 5 cups cooked macaroni
- 2 cups chopped chicken
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 6 sliced mushrooms
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped zucchini
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 6 teaspoons soy sauce
- In a large skillet, brown the onion, green pepper, mushroom, celery, zucchini and garlic for 6-7 minutes.
- Add chicken and cook for 1 more minute
- Pour the soy sauce
- Stir the noodles into the mixture and make sure all noodles are coated with sauce
