Oriental Chicken Thighs Recipe (marinade)

Cooking chicken thighs have never been that good and simple! Cook those healthy chinese chicken thighs to your kids for immediate success. Add honey for a sweeter recipe.

Preparation: 10 minutes

Cooking: 2 1/2 hours

6-8 thighs

  • 6-8 chicken thighs
  • 3 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 2 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  1. Put the chicken thighs in a large deep pan
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour the mixture on the chicken thighs
  3. *Optional: Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 12-16 hours in the refrigerator
  4. Preheat oven at 350° F
  5. Bake covered for 2 hours
  6. Bake uncovered for 30 more minutes (2 1/2 hours total baking time)
