Oriental Chicken Thighs Recipe (marinade)
Cooking chicken thighs have never been that good and simple! Cook those healthy chinese chicken thighs to your kids for immediate success. Add honey for a sweeter recipe.
Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 2 1/2 hours
6-8 thighs
- 6-8 chicken thighs
- 3 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 2 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley
- Put the chicken thighs in a large deep pan
- Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour the mixture on the chicken thighs
- *Optional: Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 12-16 hours in the refrigerator
- Preheat oven at 350° F
- Bake covered for 2 hours
- Bake uncovered for 30 more minutes (2 1/2 hours total baking time)
