Ginger Orange Tofu Saute Recipe
Vegies and tofu slices stir fried in an orange and ginger thai style sauce. You could also use white chicken, shrimps, pork or even cubed or sliced beef instead of tofu. Delicious with garlic tofu.

3 servings
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1 cup diced onion
- 5-6 mushrooms cut into quarters
- 1/2 cup julienned carrot
- 1 cup sliced red bell pepper
- 1 lb tofu, cut in 1 inch large by ½ inch thick squares
- 6 teaspoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons ground ginger
- The zest of an orange, chopped
- 1 1/2 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Heat oil in a large skillet
- Fry tofu on both sides, over high heat, reserve
- Sauté the broccoli, onion, mushroom, carrot and pepper for 5 minutes
- Add the rest of the ingredients and stir, then cook for more 5 minutes
- *Optional: You can add a handful of your favorite cooked pasta!
