Homemade Baked Macaroni & Cheese Recipe
An easy and delicious macaroni and cheese recipe! You could add tuna, ground beef or even bacon for a protein rich recipe, or some chili powder for a mexican style mac & cheese!

- 1 lb cooked macaroni
- 1 cup grated cheddar
- 1/2 package (6 oz) cottage cheese
- 1 cup Monterey Jack or “Mexican flavored” grated cheese
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt & pepper
- On medium-low heat, melt the butter in a saucepan, then add the flour gradually while stirring
- Pour the milk gradually, constantly stirring
- Add the cheese gradually, stirring
- Add the macaroni
- *Optional: You can sprinkle some more grated cheese and bake at 375 °F for 15-20 minutes
