Maple syrup Chicken Legs Recipe (marinade)

A delicious homemade marinade for your chicken legs. Cooking chicken drumsticks have never been that easy. Use this marinade for pork or cubed beef too! (Add ginger for a thai style taste.)

Preparation: 5 minutes

Cooking: 50 minutes

yield: 12 chicken legs

  • 12 Chicken legs
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup of Ketchup
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons Thyme
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt & Pepper
  1. Place the chicken legs in a deep pan
  2. Mix the other ingredients
  3. Pour the mixture on the chicken legs
  4. *Optional: Cover with a plastic wrap and marinate for 12-16 hours in refrigerator
  5. Bake at 400 °F for 50 minutes
