Homemade Ice Cream Pie Dessert Recipe
A frozen pie made of pineapple and vanilla ice cream. One of the best homemade ice cream pies you will ever taste.

- 1 cup ground Graham cookies
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 pack (7oz) vanilla pudding
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 can (19 oz) crushed pineapple
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Melt butter and mix it with the Graham cookies and sugar
- Poor into a large deep pan and press the mixture with a fork until it gets hard, then cool down in refrigerator
- Whip the ice cream, milk and pudding in a large bowl for 2 minutes
- Pour on top of the Graham mix, put the pan in the refrigerator
- Drain the pineapple, but keep 1/2 cup of juice
- Mix the cornstarch with the juice
- Pour the pineapple and juice into a saucepan and cook on med-low heat for 10 minutes until the juice turns into a syrup, then let the sauce cool down
- Pour the sauce on top of the dessert and send it back to the refrigerator for an hour
