Homemade Ice Cream Pie Dessert Recipe

A frozen pie made of pineapple and vanilla ice cream. One of the best homemade ice cream pies you will ever taste.

Preparation: 20 minutes

  • 1 cup ground Graham cookies
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pack (7oz) vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 can (19 oz) crushed pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  1. Melt butter and mix it with the Graham cookies and sugar
  2. Poor into a large deep pan and press the mixture with a fork until it gets hard, then cool down in refrigerator
  3. Whip the ice cream, milk and pudding in a large bowl for 2 minutes
  4. Pour on top of the Graham mix, put the pan in the refrigerator
  5. Drain the pineapple, but keep 1/2 cup of juice
  6. Mix the cornstarch with the juice
  7. Pour the pineapple and juice into a saucepan and cook on med-low heat for 10 minutes until the juice turns into a syrup, then let the sauce cool down
  8. Pour the sauce on top of the dessert and send it back to the refrigerator for an hour
