Shrimp And Scallop Linguine Recipe
The best seafood pasta sauce I have ever tasted. You could add smoked salmon, crab and lobster. Serve with a bit of lemon, fresh ground black pepper and freshly grated parmesan cheese.

Cooking: 15 minutes
4 servings
- 1 lb cooked linguine
- 2 cup seafood
- 1/2 cup 15% cream
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon white wine
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon basil
- Mix the seafood, cream, lemon juice, wine and garlic in a large saucepan. Cook for 6 minutes at medium heat.
- Meanwhile, dilute cornstarch in water and add it to the mix
- Mix in the rest of the ingredients, reduce heat and cook for an additional 10 minutes
- Pour the sauce on your portion of linguine
