Shrimp And Scallop Linguine Recipe

The best seafood pasta sauce I have ever tasted. You could add smoked salmon, crab and lobster. Serve with a bit of lemon, fresh ground black pepper and freshly grated parmesan cheese.

  • 1 lb cooked linguine
  • 2 cup seafood
  • 1/2 cup 15% cream
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon white wine
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  1. Mix the seafood, cream, lemon juice, wine and garlic in a large saucepan. Cook for 6 minutes at medium heat.
  2. Meanwhile, dilute cornstarch in water and add it to the mix
  3. Mix in the rest of the ingredients, reduce heat and cook for an additional 10 minutes
  4. Pour the sauce on your portion of linguine
