Easy Smooth Ground Beef Pie Recipe
A bottomless ground beef pie with a smooth crust. Could be baked using ground turkey, pork or veal for a more healthy recipe. Serve with a brown sauce or tomato sauce and mashed potatoes

- 3 tablespoons grease
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cup floor
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- water
- Preheat oven at 475° F
- Mix the floor, grease, celery salt, milk, paprika and baking powder to make the dough and add a bit of water. Stir it gently until it gets very malleable, add more water if needed. Reserve
- Heat the olive oil in a pan, then brown the meat with onion
- Pour the tomato soup and cook for 5 minutes
- Add salt pepper to your convenience
- Pour the mix into a large and deep pan
- Pour the dough over it and spread it gently with a fork, don't mix it with the meat
- Bake for 20 minutes
