Easy Homemade Beef Bourguignon Recipe
A hearty and comforting beef stew. This quick and easy classic beef bourguignon recipe could be cooked in a slow cooker (crock pot) too. My Childs love it.

- 2 lb beef cubes
- 1-2 diced onions
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 10-12 small mushrooms
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 cup of red wine
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- salt & pepper
- Preheat oven to 350° F
- In a dutch oven, brown the beef, onion and garlic for 3 minutes
- Add tomato paste and stir
- Pour the flour gently and stir with the thyme, salt & pepper
- Add the mushrooms
- Add the beef broth and wine
- Bake for around 2 hours
