Chinese Pork Soup Recipe

An easy & healthy pork soup with ginger, soy sauce and fish sauce. Could be done with chicken breast or tofu. This is a protein rich recipe that can be eaten as a complete meal.

  • 1/2 pound diced pork tenderloin, raw
  • 8 cups fish (or chicken) bouillon
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrot
  • 1/2 cup sliced broccoli
  • 1/4 cup sliced onion
  • 1/4 cup shiitake mushroom, sliced
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup shredded fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons ground coriander
  • 1/3 cup white wine
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  1. Combine ingredients in a large cooking pot. Simmer for 30 to 40 minutes, adjust spices to your taste.
