Chinese Pork Soup Recipe
An easy & healthy pork soup with ginger, soy sauce and fish sauce. Could be done with chicken breast or tofu. This is a protein rich recipe that can be eaten as a complete meal.

8-10 servings
- 1/2 pound diced pork tenderloin, raw
- 8 cups fish (or chicken) bouillon
- 1/2 cup sliced carrot
- 1/2 cup sliced broccoli
- 1/4 cup sliced onion
- 1/4 cup shiitake mushroom, sliced
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup shredded fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons ground coriander
- 1/3 cup white wine
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Combine ingredients in a large cooking pot. Simmer for 30 to 40 minutes, adjust spices to your taste.
