Easy Chop Suey Recipe (beef)
Ground beef, bean sprouts and vegetables cooked in an oriental seasonning. You could use pork, chicken or tofu instead of beef.

- 1 lb diced ground beef
- 1 lb bean sprouts
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup julienned carrots
- 1/2 cup snow peas
- 1 cup red bell pepper, sliced
- 3 cups beef broth
- 2 teaspoons dehydrated beef broth
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 tablespoon basilic
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- Heat oil on medium heat in a large skillet and cook the ground beef thoroughly for 8-10 minutes and reserve.
- Cook the vegetables, except the bean sprouts, on high heat for 5 minutes.
- Pour the beef and add the rest of the ingredients. Cook for 5 more minutes.
