Cold Broccoli Salad Recipe
A healthy broccoli summer salad. Add sliced chicken breast or boiled egg for a protein rich recipe. Serve either as an appetizer, side dish or complete meal. You may replace some of the broccoli with cauliflower and shredded carrot.

No cooking required.

- 4 cups chopped broccoli
- 3 finely sliced garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 3 tablespoons raisins
- Mix ingredients in a large salad bowl. Refrigerate 3 hours before serving.
