Cold Cauliflower Salad Recipe

A healthy cauliflower salad recipe. You may add sliced chicken breast, boiled egg or pork loin for a protein rich, complete meal. For a different taste, add some shredded carrot, sliced broccoli or raisins.

Preparation: 10 minutes

No cooking required.

  • 1 medium size cauliflower
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt & Pepper
  1. Mix ingredients in a large salad bowl.
