Corned Beef Fritters Recipe
Tasty deep fried corned beef nuggets. Serve with mashed potatoes or french fries, and a sour cream dip. You may replace corned beef with chopped ham or bacon.

- 4 cups chopped corned beef
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 2 cups flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- canola oil
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, eggs, milk and baking powder and stir thoroughly.
- Mix all the ingredients together and make small nuggets with your hands (1 inch).
- Heat enough canola oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat and fry both sides until golden brown.
