Creamy Cucumber Onion Salad Recipe
A delicious salad with cucumber and onion, dressed with sour cream. Use fat free or low fat yogurt for a more healthy recipe. Use splenda for a low carb recipe. Add chicken breast for a protein rich salad or complete meal.

- 1 large cucumber, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tomato, sliced (optional)
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- salt & pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon balsamic or wine vinegar
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
