Easy Crepe Batter Recipe
A simple and savory crepe recipe you can dress with your favorite filling! This is a basic crepe batter recipe.

- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Beat all the ingredients, except the flour and baking powder, together.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and beat thoroughly.
- Cook in a large non-stick pan, over medium-low heat, 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown
- Serve with either maple syrup, corn syrup, brown sugar, fruits, whipped cream, melted chocolate, etc.
