Easy Bacon Breakfast Burrito Recipe

A quick and yummy breakfast burrito made of eggs, bacon, bell pepper and onion. A nutritious breakfast menu, restaurant style!

  • 5 bacon slices, chopped
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  1. In a deep frying pan, over medium heat, cook the bacon for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the onion and bell peppers, cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Pour the eggs and salsa, cook for 5 minutes or until eggs are scrambled and no longer runny.
  4. Warm the tortillas in microwave for 20 seconds then spoon the mixture into the middle of each tortilla and top with cheese. Roll up and eat.
