Easy Bacon Breakfast Burrito Recipe
A quick and yummy breakfast burrito made of eggs, bacon, bell pepper and onion. A nutritious breakfast menu, restaurant style!

- 5 bacon slices, chopped
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 2 flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- In a deep frying pan, over medium heat, cook the bacon for 2 minutes.
- Add the onion and bell peppers, cook for 3 minutes.
- Pour the eggs and salsa, cook for 5 minutes or until eggs are scrambled and no longer runny.
- Warm the tortillas in microwave for 20 seconds then spoon the mixture into the middle of each tortilla and top with cheese. Roll up and eat.
