Blueberry Banana Pancakes Recipe
A delicious pancake batter recipe with blueberries and bananas. You will love the taste of those fluffy and nutritious pancakes. Serve immediately with maple syrup.

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup mashed banana
- 2 eggs
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl and stir.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients and stir.
- Heat some olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Spoon some pancake batter in the frying pan and cook until it starts to bubble, then flip it over. Cook until both sides are golden brown. Repeat process for each pancake.
