Easy Healthy Banana Nut Muffins Recipe

A delicious classic for your kids. Sugar is replaced by splenda in this healthy recipe. You won't resist the moist texture of those sugar free muffins.

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups splenda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 3 mashed bananas
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, splenda and salt. Mix in the eggs and margarine. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir.
  3. Spoon the muffin mixture into 24 muffin cups.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a fork inserted into a muffin comes out clean.
