Easy Maple Syrup Pecan Pie Recipe
The best pecan pie recipe you ever bake. This fabulous homemade maple syrup pie could also be cooked as pecan tartlets. Use homemade organic maple syrup for best results.

- 1 (9 inch) pie crust
- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch in equal quantity of cold water
- In a medium sauce pan, pour 1 cup heavy cream with 1 1/2 cup maple syrup and boil for 3 minutes adding corn starch gradually.
- Pour mixture into the pie crust.
- Whip 1/2 cup heavy cream and decorate the pie.
- Place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
