Easy Pancakes Without Milk Recipe
As good as the traditionnal recipe, you won't even see the difference! Use whole wheat flour and splenda for a healthier version of this delicious fluffy pancake.

- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cup soy milk
- 1 egg
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl and stir.
- Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
- Heat some olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Spoon some pancake batter in the frying pan and cook until it starts to bubble, then flip it over. Cook it some more until both sides are golden brown. Repeat process for each pancake.
