Eggs Benedict With Ham & Spinach Recipe
The perfect comfort food breakfast. Simple and easy to make, those eggs are always an instant family favorite.

- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 english muffins, sliced in half
- 2 thin slices ham (the size of your muffin)
- 9 spinach leaves
- Hollandaise Sauce
- Poach your eggs in boiling water with vinegar.
- Meanwhile, prepare your hollandaise sauce.
- Warm the ham slices in microwave, or in a pan.
- Slice your muffin and place a ham slice on each half.
- Remove your eggs from water, reserve.
- Cook your spinach leaves for 30 seconds to 1 min in hot water.
- Place the spinach leaves over the ham slices, place the poached eggs and top with holandaise sauce. Make sure you remove as much water as you can from the eggs and spinach.
