Fresh Orange Pineapple Smoothie Drink

An easy and healthy homemade smoothie recipe. Add pineapple or orange juice and/or splenda for a sweeter recipe. Use fat free or low fat yogurt, add egg yolks for a protein rich drink.

Preparation: 5 minutes

No cooking required.

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 orange, diced and peeled
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 3 cups ice cubes
  1. Process ingredients in a blender until smooth.
