Fresh Pineapple Coconut Smoothie Recipe

An easy and healthy homemade smoothie recipe. You may add pineapple or orange juice instead of ice and splenda for a sweeter recipe. Use low fat or fat free yogurt, add egg yolks for a protein rich drink.

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh pineapple
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  1. Process ingredients in a blender until smooth.
