Easy Homemade Greek Salad Dressing Recipe (Vegetarian)

- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 1/2 cup english cucumber, diced
- 1 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup whole, pitted kalamata olives
- 3 tablespoons dried oregano
- 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt & pepper to your taste
- Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix gently.
