Ground Beef Vegetable Soup Recipe
An easy and nutritious ground beef vegetable soup recipe with tomato. Could be cooked in a crock pot (slow cooker), in the oven or on the stove. You may add some barley or soup noodles for a different recipe. Use ground veal for a low fat recipe.

- 3/4 lb ground beef (or veal)
- 1 can ground tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 cup carrot, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 8 cups beef bouillon
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup diced potato
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Mix all the ingredients in a large cooking pot.
- Simmer until vegetables have attained desired consistency.
