Ham And Cheese Crepes Recipe

Crepes filled with swiss cheese, ham and bechamel sauce. An easy and delicious french crepe recipe to impress your family.

  • 3 cups chopped ham
  • 3 cups diced swiss cheese
  • 3 cups bechamel sauce
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 4 crepes (ref: Crepe batter recipe)
  1. Preheat oven to 500 F
  2. Cook 4 crepes, reserve.
  3. In a large saucepan, prepare your bechamel then pour the ham, swiss cheese and wine. Cook and stir constantly for 5 minutes. Add salt & pepper to taste.
  4. Spread equal quantities of the mixture on half of each crepe, then flap the other half over it.
  5. Place the filled crepes onto a large oven pan.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over each crepe.
  7. Bake uncovered for 4-5 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown.
