Ham And Cheese Crepes Recipe
Crepes filled with swiss cheese, ham and bechamel sauce. An easy and delicious french crepe recipe to impress your family.

- 3 cups chopped ham
- 3 cups diced swiss cheese
- 3 cups bechamel sauce
- 1/4 cup white wine
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 4 crepes (ref: Crepe batter recipe)
- Preheat oven to 500 F
- Cook 4 crepes, reserve.
- In a large saucepan, prepare your bechamel then pour the ham, swiss cheese and wine. Cook and stir constantly for 5 minutes. Add salt & pepper to taste.
- Spread equal quantities of the mixture on half of each crepe, then flap the other half over it.
- Place the filled crepes onto a large oven pan.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over each crepe.
- Bake uncovered for 4-5 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown.
