Easy Ham And Cheese Frittata Recipe

Beaten eggs with ham and cheese. This simple frittata recipe is the perfect dish for a successful family breakfast. Can be cooked overnight and baked the next day for a fabulous brunch fare.

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup chopped ham
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  1. Preheat oven to 450 F
  2. Sweat the vegetables for a couple minutes in a large, oven-compatible frying pan, over medium heat.
  3. Meanwhile, beat the eggs with milk and half of the cheese in a large bowl.
  4. Add the mixture over the vegetables in your pan and slowly combine the ingredients for a minute, salt and pepper to taste, then stop stirring and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the rest of the cheese over your frittata and bake uncovered until it turns golden brown.
