Easy And Healthy Blueberry Nut Bran Muffins Recipe

- 3 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 cups wheat bran
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 cup crushed blueberries
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups splenda
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, splenda and salt. Mix in the eggs and margarine. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir.
- Spoon the muffin mixture into 24 muffin cups.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a fork inserted into a muffin comes out clean.
