Easy & Healthy Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins Recipe
A very simple blueberry oatmeal muffins recipe. Those healthy muffins are, hutritious, low fat and sugar free. You won't resist to their taste and moist texture!

- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups splenda
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup mashed up blueberries
- 1 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar and salt. Mix in the eggs, olive oil and yogurt. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir.
- Spoon the muffin mixture into 24 muffin cups.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a fork inserted into a muffin comes out clean.
