Homemade Apple Banana Smoothie Recipe
A quick and simple apple and banana shake. Use fat free or low fat yogurt and splenda for a more healthy recipe. You may add egg yolks for a protein rich recipe. Add orange or pineapple juice for a different drink.

- 2 frozen bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 apple, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 2 cups ice cubes
- Process ingredients in a blender until smooth.
