Homemade Apple Juice Smoothie Recipe
A quick and simple vanilla apple drink. You may add egg yolks or protein powder for a protein rich shake. Add orange or pineapple juice for a different taste. Use fat free or low fat yogurt for a more healthy version.

- 1 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1 apple, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 2 cups ice cubes
- Process ingredients in a blender until smooth.
