Homemade Banana Chocolate Smoothie Recipe

A refreshing and healthy beverage made of banana and cocoa powder. Use fat free or low fat yogurt. Use coconut milk for a different taste. You may add egg yolks and splenda for a sweeter, protein rich drink.

Preparation: 5 minutes

No cooking required.

  • 2 bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  1. Process ingredients in a blender until smooth.
