Homemade Buttermilk Blueberry Pancakes Recipe

A delicious buttermilk pancake with blueberries. Simple and low fat, you will enjoy the moist texture those fluffy pancakes. Simply add maple syrup!

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup crushed blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon butter, melted
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
  1. In a large bowl, stir all the the dry ingredients together.
  2. Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Cook the pancakes in a large skillet, over medium heat.
