Homemade Caramel Apple Smoothie Recipe
A refreshing caramel and apple smoothie drink. Add coconut milk for a different taste. Use splenda and fat free or low fat yogurt for a more healthy recipe. Add egg yolks for a protein rich beverage.

- 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
- 1 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Process ingredients in a blender until smooth.
