Homemade Caramel Smoothie Recipe

A refreshing caramel smoothie drink. Use low fat or fat free yogurt and splenda for a more healthy recipe. You may use coconut milk for a different taste. Add egg yolks for a protein rich beverage.

No cooking required.

  • 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  1. Process ingredients in a blender until smooth.
