Homemade Cranberry Apple Salad Recipe
A tasty salad with romaine lettuce, cranberries and apple. Use balsamic or cider vinegar for a better taste. You could top with chicken breast or sliced boiled eggs for a protein rich salad or complete meal.

- 5 cups romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup cranberries
- 1/4 cup sliced apple
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive or canola oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup sliced white mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt & Pepper
- Mix all the ingredients in a large salad bowl.
