Homemade Oatmeal Cranberry Orange Cookies Recipe
Tasty Oatmeal cookies filled with orange flavor and cranberries. You may use splenda for a low carb, more healthy recipe, and replace butter with applesauce or yogurt for a low fat or fat free cookie recipe.

About 25 cookies
- 1 cup cranberries
- 1/4 cup orange zest
- 1 cup brown sugar (or splenda)
- 3 tablespoons softened butter
- 1 egg
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a large bowl, mix eggs, butter, sugar and flour.
- Add the rest of the ingredients (except cranberries) slowly while stirring constantly.
- Mix the cranberries into the cookie dough.
- Spoon the cookie mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.
