Homemade Oreo Caramel Smoothie Recipe
A quick and simple frozen oreo caramel treat. You could add egg yolks or protein powder for a protein rich drink. Use low fat or fat free yogurt for a more healthy recipe. You can use coconut or soy milk for a different taste.

- 6 oreo cookies, crumbled
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1/2 banana, peeled and sliced
- Process ingredients in a blender until smooth.
