Homemade Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie Recipe

A simple and refreshing drink with kiwis and strawberries. Use fat free or low fat yogurt and splenda for a more healthy recipe. Add orange or pineapple juice for a different smoothie. Add egg yolks for a protein rich shake.

  • 3 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt or ice cream
  • 1 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  1. Process ingredients in a blender until smooth.
