Homemade Strawberry Vanilla Smoothie Recipe
A quick and refreshing strawberry vanilla smoothie recipe. Use low fat or fat free yogurt and splenda instead of ice cream. You may add orange or pineapple juice for a different taste. Could be done with soy milk too.
Preparation: 5 minutes
No cooking required.

- 1 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Process ingredients in a blender until smooth.
