Homemade Strawberry Walnut Salad Recipe

Romaine lettuce, strawberries and roasted walnut with a balsamic dressing. Add chicken breast or sliced boiled eggs for a protein rich, complete meal. You may use splenda instead of honey for a low carb, more healthy recipe.

No cooking required.

  • 6 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup shredded radish
  • 1/4 cup sliced onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/4 cup roasted walunts
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Salt & Pepper
  1. Mix all ingredients in a large salad bowl.
