Mandarin Orange Chicken Salad Recipe
An easy summer salad with mandarin orange & sliced chicken breast. Use low fat or fat free yogurt for a more healthy recipe. You may replace honey with splenda for a low carb salad.

- 2 sliced grilled chicken breasts
- 1 can drained mandarin oranges
- 3/4 cup mashed raspberries
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup sliced red bell pepper
- 3 cups iceberg lettuce
- 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- Salt & Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Mix ingredients in a large salad bowl.
