Mango Chicken Salad Recipe
An easy summer salad with mango and sliced chicken breast. Use fat free or low fat yogurt for a more healthy recipe. Use splenda instead of honey for a low carb recipe. Serve either as a side dish or on a bed of white rice.

No cooking required.

- 2 sliced chicken breasts, cooked
- 3/4 cup pineapple yogurt
- 3/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- The juice of one lime
- One mango, peeled and diced
- 1 chopped red onion
- 1/4 red bell pepper chopped
- Salt & Pepper
- Mix ingredients in a large salad bowl.
