Chinese Style Mango Pancakes Recipe
A delicious coconut crepe filled with mango and whipped cream. Perfect to serve either as a breakfast or dessert. Cook this chinese pancake recipe for immediate success!

Crepe recipe:
- 1 cup flour
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
Filling:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 mango, peeled and mashed
- Combine all the crepe batter ingredients and stir.
- In a large frying pan, over medium heat, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil and pour 3-4 tablespoons of crepe batter to make a very thin crepe, flip carefully after 1 minutes and make sure both sides are golden brown. Repeat process for every crepe.
- Filling: Whip the cream, adding sugar constantly during the process. Combine the mango and stir.
- Spoon some filling in the center of each crepe, roll and serve cold.
