Old Fashioned Healthy Meatloaf Recipe
This easy old fashioned meatloaf recipe is a classic. Could be made with chicken, turkey, veal or pork instead of beef for a more healthy recipe. Serve with a tomato sauce and mashed potatoes.

Cooking: 1 1/2 hour

- 1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons chili sauce
- salt & pepper
- 1 tablespoon steak spices
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoon honey
- Preheat oven to 350° F
- Mix all the ingredients and spice to your taste
- Pour the mixture in a meatloaf pan
- Bake for 1 1/2 hour
