Orange Mandarin Summer Salad Recipe
A delicious salad with romaine lettuce and mandarin orange. You could top with chicken breast or sliced boiled eggs for a protein rich salad or complete meal. Use balsamic or cider vinegar for a better taste. Enjoy!

- 5 cups romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1 can drained mandarin orange
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive or canola oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup sliced white mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt & Pepper
- Prepare Your dressing.
- Place the lettuce and other vegetables in a large salad bowl and mix.
- Add the dressing and stir again.
- Serve.
