Orange Mandarin Summer Salad Recipe

A delicious salad with romaine lettuce and mandarin orange. You could top with chicken breast or sliced boiled eggs for a protein rich salad or complete meal. Use balsamic or cider vinegar for a better taste. Enjoy!

  • 5 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1 can drained mandarin orange
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive or canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup sliced white mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt & Pepper
  1. Prepare Your dressing.
  2. Place the lettuce and other vegetables in a large salad bowl and mix.
  3. Add the dressing and stir again.
  4. Serve.
