Oriental Beef Broccoli Stir Fry Recipe
Beef and vegetables sauteed in an homemade chinese style sauce. Could be done using tofu, pork, chicken breast or shrimps. Marinade the meat in the sauce for 24 hours for best results!

Cooking: 10 minutes
4 servings
- 1 1/2 cup broccolis, chopped
- 1 cup onion, sliced
- 1 cup julienned carrots
- 1 pound cubed beef
- 6 teaspoons tamari soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons mirin sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cider or rice vinegar
- Heat oil, over high heat, in a large skillet and cook the meat for 4 minutes. Reserve
- Still over high heat, cook the garlic for 30 seconds in oil, then add the vegetables and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 3 minutes.
- *Optional: You can serve on white rice.
