Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Bagel Recipe
An easy and delicious breakfast idea. Can be served as a smoked salmon appetizer or a complete meal. Use alaskan smoked salmon for best results. This is a restaurant style bagel recipe.

- 2 bagels
- 10 slices smoked salmon
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 2 very thin slices red onion
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt & pepper
- Toast the bagels.
- Spread the cream cheese on each bagel half.
- Lay some smoked salmon slices over the cream cheese.
- Top with some onion slices and capers then pour some olive oil.
- Season with salt & pepper.
