Strawberry, Banana & Chocolate Crepe Recipe
A delicious crepe filled with strawberries & bananas, topped with chocolate & cream. Can be served as a dessert crepe or a complete breakfast lunch, always a success!

Crepe Batter Recipe
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Filling & Topping
- 1 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- 1 1/2 cup light cream
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 2 cups sliced bananas
- Cook 4 crepes (reference: Baking instructions for crepes )
- Spoon some fruits in the middle of each crepe, roll.
- Top with chocolate and cream.
